Chocolate pudding

2 T cocoa
1 C sugar
2 T all purpose flour
2 C milk
3 T butter
1 tsp vanilla
|
Whisk together cocoa, sugar, and flour in a heavy saucepan until well mixed; slowly pour in milk, stirring as you pour. Cook over low-medium heat, constantly stirring, until the mixture thickens. Remove from heat, add butter and vanilla. Chill and enjoy.
