Crepes Suzettes A Quick Simple! |

1 cup sifted flour 1 cup milk 1 egg 1 tsp. vanilla 1 Tbls. butter (melted)
|
Mix flour, milk, egg yolk, vanilla, and butter. Beat egg white to firmness. Fold egg white into mix. Melt butter in large frying pan. Pour some batter in pan and rotate pan so a thin layer of batter covers the bottom. Fry until brown on underside and dry on top. Flip crepe in air and turn over. Fry for another 20 seconds until lightly brown.
Serve with sugar, jam, preserves, or orange sauce. Roll crepe into a cylinder shape and eat!
