Now the fruit salad: 1 16oz. canned drained chunk pineapple 2 4oz. (or 1 8oz) canned drained mandarin oranges 1 washed chopped (1 inch or less) green apple, skin on 1 washed chopped (1 inch or less) red apple, skin on A few washed, seedless, red and green grapes 2-3 sliced Bananas, peel off (tee hee)
For dressing use about 1/2 to 2/3 lemon yogurt mixed with 1 cup or so of cool whip. For kids you can add mini marshmallows. You can use vanilla yogurt instead of lemon but it might have a weird sweet taste.
You can put lettuce leaves around the bowl and just leave the salad without dressing for those that prefer natural fruit.
