1 1/2 cups sugar 1 (3.4 ounce) package instant cheesecake or vanilla pudding mix 1 quart heavy whipping cream 2 cups milk 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

What makes this recipe EZ is the use of the pudding mix which eliminates the need for eggs and cooking. The result is major smooth and creamy. The cheesecake flavor is great used under a variety of flavored syrups for a cheesecake taste. Don't be afraid to experiment for different flavors.
In a large bowl, whisk the ingredients. Most ice cream makers do better if you chill the mix thoroughly. Fill ice cream freezer cylinder two-thirds full; freeze according to manufacturer's directions.
