Eclair Dessert
graham crackers/pudding
1 box graham crackers
2 small boxes of french vanilla instant pudding mix
3 1/2 cups of milk (cold)
1 8 oz. container whipped topping thawed
1 container of store bought cake icing milk chocolate flavor

 

Add 3 1/2 cups of cold milk to instant pudding mixture, mixing until thickened. Add the cool whip and fold in well. Line a 9X13 pan with 1 layer of graham crackers, spread 1/2 of the pudding mixture on top, add another layer of graham crackers and the rest of pudding mixture on top put,add another layer of graham crackers, put icing into microwave to soften about 10/20 seconds spread over top layer of graham crackers refrigerate about 1 1/2 hrs. ready to serve.
