Egg Pudding
A varity of egg cheese
Eggs : 6 Nos
Sugar : 500 grams
Vanilla essence : 3 drops
Condensed milk : 1 cup
Milk : 500 ml
Cardamom powder : 1 spoon

 

1. Take a thick bottomed vessel,add
egg contents, condensed milk,
sugar and vanilla essence and
beat thoroughly.

2. In a separate vessel boil the
milk. Add cardamom powder. Stir
well.
3. Add the milk to the mixture of
egg and other ingredients and
mix well.
4. Place the vessel in a water bath
up to 3/4th level.
5. Heat the water in the bath on
low flame for about 30 minutes
or so, until the contents in the
vessel gets solidified.

Serve hot or cold.
