Flight Deck Belgian Waffles Super Light and Different! |
2 cups Bisquick Biscuit Mix 1 1/2 cups Club Soda 1 large egg 3 Tbls. cooking oil (I prefer corn oil)
Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl and lightly fold. Do NOT Beat. Mix until small lumps are still in evidence.
Pre-heat a Belgian Waffle Cooker and proceed as usual, following the cooker instructions or use your own judgement.
Note: This makes 4-5 4x4 Waffles or 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 round Waffles.
These are the lightest you ever tasted. They are crisp on the outside and SO Light on the inside!
Enjoy!
