Fruit Pizza You Gotta Try This One!!!! |

Crust- 1/2 cup powdered sugar 1 cup margarine, softened 2 cups flour
Citrus Topping- 1 cup pineapple juice 2 Tbls. cornstarch 1/2 cup sugar 1 Tbls. lemon juice
Sauce- 8oz. cream cheese 1/3 cup sugar 1 tsp. vanilla
Toppings- blueberries, pineapple, strawberries, cantaloupe, cherries, honeydew, kiwi fruit, bananas, or any fruit of your choice-cut into bite-size pieces

Crust- Combine the powdered sugar, margarine, and flour and press into a 10x14 deep pan or larger size. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 10 minutes.
Citrus Topping- While the crust is baking, combine the pineapple juice, cornstarch, sugar, and lemon juice and cook til thick. Let cool.
Sauce- Beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla together. Pour over the crust while its still warm.
Toppings- Top with your favorite fruits cut into bite-size pieces. Pour the citrus topping over the top of the fruit to keep fruit from browning. Refrigerate!
