Holiday Rich Cake

2 eggs 2 cups flour 2 cups sugar 1 cup walnuts, coarsely chopped 2 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. vanilla 1 large can crushed pineapple
FROSTING 1 8oz. cream cheese 1 stick butter or margarine 1 1/2 cups brown sugar 1 tsp. vanilla

Mix all the cake ingredients together by hand. Grease pan. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 45 minutes in 9x13 pan.
FROSTING Beat all together. Frosting ingredients should be room temperature.
Frost cake while warm, not hot. Sprinkle with walnuts.
