Honey and Lemon Pudding Steamed suet pudding with lemon and honey |

100g Self Raising Flour 50g Sugar 50g Suet 2 Lemons 2 Tbsp Honey Pinch of salt Water Fat for greasing
|
1. Put the zest and juice of two lemons in a mixing bowl.
2. Add the dry ingredients and mix.
3. Add some water and mix until a thick paste consistency.
4. Grease a pudding dish and put the honey in the bottom of the dish.
5. Spoon in the pudding mixture and place in microwave oven.
6. Cook for 5 minutes on full power in an 800w oven(Adjust accordingly).
7. Serve with hot custard!
