3 cups sugar
2 cups powdered sugar
8 cups crispix cereal
1/4 cup butter
1 cup chocolate chips
3/4 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup pretzels
9 cups water

melt all that can be melted
pour over cereal and pretzels
all ingredients except water into a bag shake well
put into bowl add water
stir well
