Ice Cream Coconut Cream Pie Easy & Creamy Coconut Cream Pie |

100 Ritz crackers 1 1/2 sticks butter, melted 3/4 of 1/2 gallon Bryers Vanilla Ice Cream 2 boxes instant coconut cream pie filling 1 1/2 cups milk or Blue Diamond Almond Breeze 1 12oz. Cool Whip 1/2 cup shredded coconut

In bowl crush crackers add melted butter mix well and press in 9x13 pan.
In mixing bowl add: Softened vanilla ice cream, coconut pie filling and milk. Beat well and add mixture to cracker crumbs. Refrigerate until set.
Spread Cool Whip over top of pie and sprinkle with shredded coconut. Refrigerate overnight.
