MAin Dish Salad A rich yet refeshing jello mold for the holidays. |

1 Cup Mayo (not miracle whip) 8 oz. Cream cheese 1/2 lb. mini marshmallows 1 Can crushed pinnapple(save juice) 1/2 pint whipped cream 1 pkg each lemon, lime, cherry jello

In a jello mold, spray with nonstick. Set cherry jello 1st, using only 1 1/2 cups boiling water, in mold dish. Make sure jello's firm & cold. Then whip together cream cheese (room temp, easier) with mayo. Add marshmallows & drained pinnapple (save juice,set aside)Add whip cream. Set this aside in fridge. Now heat pinnapple juice with lemon jello. Let thicken & cool, yet still liquid. Then fold into your cream cheese mix you set aside. Put on top of cherry jello in mold dish. Let this set over night. Day 2 - Boil 1 cup of water & mix in your lime jello. Let cool & pour over your cooled & firm mold. Let this cool & set. Serve & enjoy.
