PEA NUT SWEET CAKE Fried Pea Nuts With Brown Sugar |

500 grams Dry Pea Nuts. 300 grams Brown Sugar Powder. 100 grams Clarified Butter (ghee). 1 spoon Cardamom powder.

Roast the Pea nuts. Get rid of the outer husk by rubbing. Set aside.
Take a thick bottomed pan, add the Brown sugar powder and a little amount of water and simmer until a thick jelly forms. Add the pea nuts and cardamom powder, mix well. Add half of the ghee and mix again.
To a wide plate, rub the remaining ghee and transfer the pea nut mixture into it. Allow to solidify. Cut in to pieces and SERVE.
