Philadelphia Cheesecake

500gms Philadelphia cream cheese 3 eggs 3/4 cup sugar 1 tsp. vanilla extract
biscuit base: 1 pkt. round wine biscuits 4 oz. butter, melted

Base: Crush biscuits and mix together with the melted butter. Press into a 20 cm loose bottomed round cake tin.
Filling: Make sure cream cheese is at room temperature. Beat until smooth, then add eggs 1 at a time, then sugar and vanilla. Pour into prepared crust and bake at 160 degrees C. for about 40 to 45 minutes.
Cool and place in the fridge. Spread with whipped cream and whatever fruit you like.
It is delicious!!
