Quick and Easy Apple Strudel Apple and Custard in a Crunchy Puff Pastry! |

1 pkg. Vanilla Instant Pudding Mix 1 carton cream 1 can standard pie apple 1 sheet of puff pastry cut in half Icing sugar
|
Cut pastry in half length ways, baste in egg yolk or milk.
Cook pastry for 10 minutes or until puffed and browned on top.
Once cool, separate along natural pastry line.
Mix the pudding mix and cream together until hardened.
Stir in apple.
Place apple mix onto one side of pastry. Fold over other side of pastry and neaten up edges.
Sprinkle icing sugar on top to present.
Serve with ice cream!
