Rhubarb Crunch Rhubarb Dessert |

1 cup flour 3/4 cup oatmeal 1 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup melted margarine 1 tsp. cinnamon 4 cup rhubarb, cut in 1/4 to 1/2 inch pieces, put into crust. 1 cup sugar 2 Tbls. cornstarch 1 cup water 1 tsp. vanilla

Mix first 5 ingredients and press in greased 9 in. square pan. Put rhubarb into crust. Mix the next 4 ingredients in saucepan. Cook till thick and clear. Pour over rhubarb in pan and top with remaining crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 1 hour.
