Sneaky-pops Low carb, diet-friendly frozen snack/dessert |
|
|
pre-canned Adkins shakes (or any other pre-canned diet or nutrition shake)
Plastic cups, or popsicle molds

I'm not sure if this counts as a recipe, it's just SO easy! I like to call them sneaky pops because it's a great way to sneak in a little variety to any diet, or sneak in some great nutrition for the kids!
Simply shake the canned drink(s) well, then pour into cups or popsycle molds.
Freeze at least 4 hours or overnight. (they can take a while to freeze)
One can usually makes about 3 popsicles or icy cups.
**This can be made with any precanned diet/nutrition shake of your desire. Add some variety to a Slim-Fast diet, or use ediasure for the kids.
I love to use it as an alternate snack in the afternoons instead of the same ol' diet shake. Makes' ya feel like you're being naughty, but your really not! And its a super way to give the kids a frozen treat, and sneak in all those vitamins they need!
