Strawberry Marshallow Delight Non-cook Dessert |

1 punnet Strawberries 1 large packet pink and white marshmellows, 1/4 cup port 300ml thickened cream 1 Flake or some grated chocolate for garmish
|
Halve all the strawberries and marshmellows and place in glass bowl.
Pour port over them and stand for a few hours (2-3hours).
Drain liquid from strawberries and mallows.
Add cream to to liquid and whip until firm.
Fold berries and mallows back into cream mixture. Sprinkle crumbled flake or grated chocolate on top ready to serve.
