6 large baking apples, peeled, cored and sliced (about 6 cups) 1/2 cup orange juice 3 Tbls. dry stevia 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon 3/4 cup all-purpose flour 3 Tbls. dry stevia 1/4 tsp. salt 3 Tbls. butter, softened

Spread apples evenly in lightly greased 13x9x2 inch, 3 quart rectangular baking dish. Drizzle juice on top.
In medium bowl, combine 3 Tbls. dry stevia and cinnamon. Sprinkle over apples. In same bowl, combine flour, 3 Tbls. dry stevia and salt. Stir in softened butter until crumbl.
Bake in 350 degree F. oven for 40 to 45 minutes or until top is lightly golden and apples tender.
