The Celestial CheeseCake Desert |
 |
 |
3 1/3 Philidelphia Cream cheese 2 eggs 1 cup Sugar 1 1/2 tsp. Vanilla extract 3/4 Cup Sour Cream 2 1/2 Cups Grahm Cracker Crumbs 1 Stick Butter
|
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a bowl mix 2 1/2 cups of grahm cracker crumbs and 1 stick of melted butter. Make sure you get all the crumbs covered with some of the melted butter.
Pour the crumbs into a 9 inch spring form and pack into the pan. I use the bottom of a glass, that way you can kind of get the crumbs up the sides also. Place into preheated oven for 10 minutes. Then cool in the freezer for 5 minutes.
In a bowl put your 3 cream cheeses, 2 eggs, 1 cup of sugar, 1 1/2 teaspons of vanilla extract and 3/4 cup sour cream. Mix with hand mixer or stand mixer on medium speed for about 3 min or until smooth and not lumpy.
Pour mixture into the 9 inch round with the crust you just made and cooled. Spread evenly.
On the second rack of your oven place a shallow pan of water with about 8 cups of water in it. I use my broiler pan. Then on the top rack place your cheesecake.
Bake at 350 degrees F. for 45 minutes.
Cool in the refrigerator for about 3 hours. Enjoy!!
