100g of Self Raising flour
100g Margarine
2 eggs
100g sugar
|
seive flour into mixing bowl and stir with sugar.
add margarine and mix well. add one egg at a time and beat well.
mix until smooth and creamy.Add 1cm of treacle into the bottom of the bowl.Put the mixture on top of the tracle and microwave for 5min!
ready to eat straight after and i think it is great with custard.
