Crock Pot Italian Deer Roast

|
2-3 lb deer roast 1 envelope Good Seasons Italian dressing 1 envelope Hidden Valley Ranch dressing 1 envelope brown gravy mix 1 12oz. can beer provolone cheese slices pepperocini's crusty bread
|
Place deer roast in crock pot. Sprinkle entire packets of dressings over meat. Pour entire can of beer over all, and roast in crockpot on low 7-8 hours or until tender. DO NOT ADD WATER. Shred with fork, and serve on crusty bread with pepperocini's & provolone cheese.
