2 medium sized venison steaks 1 cup minced onion Dijon mustard Tablespoon butter
|
Heat a cast iron skillet You want it hot! While skillet is heating, pound the steaks with meat mallet. Coat the steaks on both sides with dijon mustard. Press minced onion into both side of each steak. When skillet is starting to smoke, put butter into the skillet. As soon as the butter starts to brown, place steaks in skillet. Cook a few minutes each side.
