4lb venison strips(stir fry size) one green and one red bell pepper on large sweet onion two small cans mushroom one tablespoon flour

Boil or crockpot venison until tender Brown in skillet 2 tblespns cooking oil add chopped peppers onion and mushrooms, cover and stir occasionaly until tender. sift or sprinkle in flour for a light gravy coating serve with mashed potatoes mmm mmmmmmmmmmm
