1 cup flour
1 tsp. salt
1 cup plus 2 Tbls. cold water
1 cup hot water
food coloring
|
Mix flour and salt and gradually add 1 cup plus 2 Tbls. cold water. Add 1 cup hot water and boil it until it comes clear.
Beat until smooth and mix in food coloring.
