Pumpkin Seeds
A Fun Treat for the Kids at Halloween! |

1 pumpkin
2/3 cup salt
3 cups water
|
Remove the seeds from a fresh pumpkin. Wash and clean them.
Mix the water and salt together and add the pumpkin seeds. Soak the seeds overnight.
The next day, drain the seeds and place on greased cookie sheets. Bake at 250 degrees F. for 40 minutes. Stir a few times. Let set until cool!
