1/4 cup white glue
1/4 cup liquid starch
|
Work with your hands until it is the consistency of putty. You may need to add more glue, if the texture doesn't act like silly putty in its elasticity.
Note-
THIS may stick on their clothes, so put bibs or aprons on the children when they are playing with it!
