Strawberry Whip A soft, sweet strawberry dessert! |

Ingredients: 12 strawberries 3 1/2 tbsps sugar Salt (pinch) 2 egg whites 1/4 cup whipping cream (or heavy cream) 6 strawberries for garnish (not required)
Untensils: Measuring cup Measuring spoon Kitchen knife Fork Mixing bowls(3) Sieve(drainer) Whisk Plastic wrap Rubber spatula

Step 1: Preparing the strawberries First wash the strawberries off,place them in the sieve and drain all the water off. Cut off the strawberry stems with the kithen knife.
Step 2: Crushing the strawberries Put the strawberries in a mixing bowl and crush them using the back of a fork.
Step 3: Adding the sugar and salt Add the 3 1/2 tablespoons of sugar and a pinch of salt, then mix them in while continuing to crush the strawberries.
Step 4: Beating the egg whites Put the egg whites in a mixing bowl and beat them briskly with a whisk.
Step 5: Whipping the cream Whip the 1/4 cup of whipping cream in a new mixing bowl until it forms soft peaks.
Step 6: Folding in the egg whites Add the crushed strawberries and their juices to the egg whites and fold them in.
Step 6: Mixing all the ingredients Add the egg white and strawberry mixture to the whipping cream. Fold all the ingredients in using a rubber spatula.
Step 7: Chilling in the refrigerator Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place it in the refridgorator to chill for about 45-50 minutes.
Step 8: Finally, transfer to serving dishes and garnish with whole strawberries. Its Ready To Eat!!!
Details: This light, soft, sweet strawberry dessert is easy to make and kids will love it. A good tip for making this dessert is to chill all of your ingredients before beginning. This recipe can easyily be adapted to any amount of servings. (The time taken to chill the dessert is not incuded in the preparation time.)
