Grilled Lamb Chops |

2 lb sml Lamb racks, 6 Cloves garlic, minced 2 tbsp Oil 1 tsp Ground corainder 1 tsp Ground cumin seeds 1/2 tsp Chilli powder 1 tsp Salt 1/4 Ground black pepper
|
1. Remove fat, chine and feathered bones. Cut lamb between ribs into chops.
2. Blend the rest of the ingredients in the food processor into a paste.
3. Rub meat with the spicy paste and refrigenrate for 2 hours.
4. Cook chops on a greased grill. Turn chops frequently until they are done to your liking (cut to taste), about 8 minutes for rare.
