LAMB CURRY Lamb meat cooked Traditionally |

1 kg Lamb meat. 250 grams Refined oil. 4 Large Ripe Tomatoes- cut in to pieces. 3 finely chopped Onions. 4 Lengthwise split Green Chillies. 2 spoons turmeric powder. 3 spoons red chilly powder. 6 Cloves. 6 Cardamoms. 1/2 Raw Coconut-pieces. 1 spoon Mustered seeds. 1 bunch finely chopped Coriander leaves. 1 cup Curd. Salt to Taste.

Clean the Mutton and cut in to medium size pieces. Apply Turmeric powder, curd, 1 spoon salt, red chilly powder and 2 spoons of oil to the mutton pieces and leave to marinate.
Take half of the onion pieces,cloves, cardamoms and raw coconut pieces and grind them in to a smooth paste
Take a deep bottomed pan, add oil and heat. Add the remaining onion pieces, green chillies, mustered seeds and the above paste. Fry until dark brown.
Now , to the above ingredients add the marinated mutton and salt. Fry well and add the tomato pieces. Mix thoroughly, add some water and cook for about 1/2 hour on low flame. Spread the finely chopped Coriander leaves on the top of the Stew and ...
