LAMB SPECIAL
Lamb Meat fry
1. Fresh & tender lamb
meat : 1 lb
2. Corn flour : 250 grams
3. Red chilly powder : 2 spoons
4. Ginger garlic paste : 2 spoons
5. Turmeric powder : 1 spoon
6. Salt : to taste
7. Green chillies : 4 Nos
8. Refined oil : 250 ml

 

1. Clean the lamb pieces.
Apply turmeric powder,red chilly
powder, ginger garlic paste and
salt to the lamb pieces and
marinate for 30 minutes.
2. Split the green chillies length
wise.
3. Add 2 spoons of oil, corn flour
and the green chilly halves to
the marinated lamb pieces and
mix well.

4. Heat the oil in a frying pan
and deep fry the stuff on a low
flame until the pieces turn
deep brown.

SERVE HOT. Best for munching.
