LAMB STEW Delicious Lamb Preparation |

1 kg Lamb Meat. 3 Big Tomatoes - chopped. 1 cup Chopped Onions. 2 inch Ginger piece. 6 Garlic bulbs. 2 spoons Coriander Seeds. 1 Spoon poppy Seeds. 1 tea spoon Turmeric powder. 5 Cloves. 5 Cardamoms. 4 Green Chillies. Salt to Taste. 200 ml Refined oil. 3 spoons Red Chilly Powder. 2 spoons Lemon juice. 1/2 cup chopped Coriander leaves

1. Wash the meat and cut in to medium size pieces.
2.Apply Turmeric powder, Red Chilly powder and Lemon juice to the lamb meat and marinate for 1/2 hour.
3.Take chopped onions, ginger, garlic, Cardamoms, Cloves, Coriander seeds and Poppy seeds in to a jar and grind in to a smooth paste.
4. Heat oil in a deep bottomed pan, add the above paste and fry until brown. Add marinated meat pieces, mix well. Add Tomato pieces and lengthwise split Green chillies. Close with a lid. Cook for about 10 to 15 minutes until oil separates from the other ingredients. Add enough Salt.
5. Add some water and allow to simmer on low flame until the mutton is cooked well.
