Chicken and Shrimp fajitas

4 boneless chicken breasts, sliced bite-sized. 1/2 pound medium size shrimp 1 medium onion, sliced in round slices Small flour tortillas salt,pepper,lemon pepper seasoning Olive oil, for the pan
|
Season the chicken and shrimp with lemmon pepper seasoning, plus a little salt and pepper.
In a large stainless steel pan on medium high heat, brown the chicken in a Tablespoon of olive oil. Set aside.
Cook the shrimp in a little more olive oil on medium high heat for 2 minutes per side. Set them aside.
In another tablespoon of olive oil, add onions to the pan with the brown bits from the meat, until sweated and soft.
Put it all together and serve on warm tortillas.
This goes great with guacamole.
