Creamy Caramel Dip

8oz. cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
8oz. sour cream
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 cup cold milk
1 (3.4oz.) vanilla instant pudding
Assorted fresh fruit

In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and brown sugar until smooth.
Add sour cream, vanilla, lemon juice, milk, and pudding mix, beating well after each addition.
Cover and chill at least 1 hour.
