German Pancake Breakfast Pancake |

1 egg 1/4 cup milk 2 heaping Tbls. flour 1/4 tsp. sugar dash of salt
Mix 1 at a time-serves 1!

Mix the egg and milk in a bowl then add the flour, sugar and salt. Mix all together and pour into a pan (12x12) or round pan @ 350 degrees F.
Cover the complete area of the pan then turn when brown on 1st side let brown on 2nd side then serve.
Add butter, any fresh fruit or just sugar and roll up like a large hotdog. Top with whipped cream.
We have made 1000's of these over the past 40 plus years and now our grandchildren ask for them on their visits.
