Milk pudding

1 and half Vermicelli 3/4th cup of Water 2 cup of milk 1 cup Sugar A pinch of saffron 5-6 Cashews 5-6 Dried grapen Cardomom powder/Rose essence
|
Roast Vermicelli in Ghee till it turns brown
Boil water in another vessel.Once water is boiled put Vermicelli in it till, it becomes soft.
Now add sugar and stir continuosly
Add milk to this.Stir continously till the milk becomes thick.This should be done on a low flame.
Cardomom powder or rose essence is added to it for flavor.
Finally to garnish add roasted Cashews and dried grapes.
Serve it hot.
