Just cook the apples as you would for a Pie without any additives or use canned, unseetened Pie Apple then crush with a potato masher or similar to make a spread.
Store in the refrigerator and use instead of butter or margarine.
It tastes great, goes with almost any filling in sandwiches, it helps reduce your cholesterol level and overall fat intake. Try it, I use nothing else!
