1 LB Sausage 1-2 Cups Spinach (Fresh) 1 (10-12)oz Pkg Cream Cheese Tomatoes Diced (Fresh, not canned) Garlic Salt or Powder (to taste) Onion Powder (to taste) Sea Salt (to taste) Fresh cracked Black Pepper (to taste) 6 Portabella Mushroom Caps

Cook sausage (Like you would cook ground beef for Tacos) and drain. Mix all ingredients and stuff mushroom caps with mixture, bake 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees.
This is a main dish.
