Tuna Melt To Die For Tuna Melt |

4 cheese buns 2 cans white flaked light tuna (in water) 3-4 tbsp garlic mayonnaise 1 tbsp relish 1 container garden vegetable cream cheese 1 tsp lemon juice 1 tsp lemon and herbs spices salt and pepper 1/2 sweet onion 3/4 cup grated shredded cheddar cheese

1) Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees celcius 2) Drain 2 cans of tuna and mix with relish and mayonnaise 3) cut up sweet onion and add to tuna mixture 4) add lemon juice, salt pepper & spices & mix well 5) cut 4 buns into halves and lightly toast 6) once toasted, butter with the garden vegetable cream cheese 7) line the buns evenly with tuna mixture 8) sprinkle buns with grated cheese 9) place on a shallow cookie sheet and cook in oven for 10 minutes or until grated cheese has melted 10) ENJOY !!!
