4 TBSP of standing rib roast fat in 9 x 12 pan placed in hot oven on 425 ยบ F.
Combine: 2 cups of flour 2 cups of milk 3 eggs Beat until foamy Pour into smoking fat pan Bake about 30 minutes until Pudding is light brown and raised high.
