Carbonara

500g spaghetti 2 whole eggs 1/2 cup parmesian(parmiggiano) cheese 1/4 cubed pork (preferebly smoked) pinch of salt
|
Cook the pasta according to package directions.
Then fry the cubed smoked pork until it becomes golden brown, set aside.
When the pasta is ready, drain the water and set aside.
Beat the two eggs together and then add the cheese and a pinch of salt.
While the pasta is hot, mix the cheese and eggs (without fire/heat) and let them cook by the heat of the pasta..
Put in the pork.
Enjoy!
