Cream and Salmon Pasta
Very Fast and Easy!
1/2 pint dairy cream
1 good Tbls. Grated lemon rind
Large can red salmon
Lemon thyme
Spinach fettucine for 4

 

Put fettucine on to boil.

Put cream in a saucepan, add lemon rind and simmer 5 minutes.

Add drained salmon and a sprig of fresh lemon thyme. Heat for 2 minutes.

Fettucine will be ready. Drain and serve cream sauce over.

Preparation Time: 10 minutes Serves: 4
