Creamy chicken mince pasta A thick and tasty cream chicken dish |

*2 tubs of low fat cooking cream *2 carrots, peeled and washed * 350 grams of pasta (any type) * 2 medium brown onions chopped * 2 cloves of garlic, minced * 1 vege stock cube * 1 chicken stock cube * 320 grams of minced chicken * 1 tablespoon of olive oil * 1.5 teaspoons of salt * 2 teaspoons of onion flakes * 1.5 teaspoons of garlic flakes * 2 pinches of steak seasoning

* Put carrots in a saucepan of water and boil till half cooked through * In a fry pan, place oil, onions and garlic and fry up. *Put in chicken mince and cook half way through. * Continue cooking the chicken and breaking up the mince with wooden spoon. * Add the stock cubes and a cup of water. * Remove carrots from water and cube. *Add carrots to chicken. *Add cooking cream. *Add the dry spices. * Allow the mixture time to simmer. *Prepare the pasta. *When the pasta is ready toss the sauce through and serve.
