Fairdinkum Bolognese Spaghetti Bolognese |

850 Gms. Mince (Beef) 2 tsp. olive oil 2 Onions 6 cloves fresh Garlic, crushed 1 tin crushed tomatoes 1 jar Red Wine and Garlic Pasta Sauce 2 tsp. tomato paste 1 tsp. mixed herbs 2 tsp. brown sugar 2 tsp. worcestershire sauce 2 tsp. soy sauce 2 tsp. beef stock powder

Finely chop onions and saute in olive oil. Add mince and brown. Then add crushed garlic and cook for 3 minutes.
Add tinned tomatoes, pasta sauce, tomato paste, mixed herbs, brown sugar, worcestershire sauce, soy sauce and beef stock. Give it a good stir and cook for 25 minutes.
While cooking, bung on your favorite pasta. Keep your eye on the sauce and stir every now and then!
Add your pasta to a bowl and pour in as much sauce as you like on it! Top with cheese and enjoy!
