Fetta Spinach Delight

500g spaghetti 100g bulgarian fetta cheese 1-2 Tbls. minced garlic 1 can diced tomatoes 1/4 cup parmesan cheese packet of spinach 200g bacon pieces onion pinch of salt pinch of pepper oregano
|
Cook the pasta according to package directions.
Defrost spinach out of packet, drain excess water juices.
Then fry onion, bacon pieces and add spinach.
Stir fry until until onion starts to brown.
Add can of tomatoes and also salt and pepper and oregano for seasoning.
When the pasta is ready, drain the water and add pasta to frying pan.
Add fetta cheese, cut into cubes.
Allow to heat and simmer for about 10-15 minutes.
Last but not least, sprinkle some parmesan cheese on top and garnish with a bit of parsley.
