Garlic Brown Rice

1 cup brown rice 2 cups chicken broth 1/2 cups white wine 2-6 cloves garlic 3 Tbls. olive oil
|
Peel and chop garlic cloves. Heat oil and saute the garlic until it just begins to brown.
Quickly add rice and stir for 2 minutes to let oil soak into the rice.
Add chicken broth and wine and bring to a boil. Simmer for 60 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes.
Serve as a side dish, garnished with a few sprigs of parsley or serve with Donvieve's fish!
