Greek Pasta Easy Vegetarian Recipe! |

2-3 Tbls. olive oil 5 cloves minced garlic 28oz. can crushed tomatoes 4.25oz. can chopped ripe black olives 8oz. pkg Athenos Feta Cheese with Basil and Tomato 12oz. pkg thin spaghetti noodles (water, salt and oil for preparation)

Prepare noodles.
In a skillet, sauté garlic in olive oil until golden brown. Remove from heat, stir in black olives and tomatoes with juices.
Cut feta cheese into 1/2 inch cubes. Slowly add cheese to tomato mixture. Simmer 10 minutes.
Drain noodles.
Place a mound of pasta on a plate and ladle sauce on top of pasta.
I like to serve with steamed zucchini and french bread.
