Michelle's Healthy Pasta
Hey, my name is Michelle, and I was just experimenting, trying to create a recipe that is perfect for active people. I came up with a pretty decent well-rounded, easy, no frills recipe....here goes...
1-2 cups of cooked spiral pasta
1 can of sweet garden peas (heated slightly)
1 can of chunk light albacore tuna, drained well
3tbs. of your favorite itallian vinagrette dressing.
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, and voila!!! How easy is that? And it tastes wonderful!!! Goes well with a glass of milk! What's great is that you get your protein, vegetables, carbs, and necessary fats...not to mention great taste! The milk will add the calcium, and if you have some fresh fruit for dessert, you'll be all set!

Hope someone will try this simple recipe, and enjoy it!--------Michelle
