Perschilli Aglio e Olio Old Family Recipe! |

1 can black olives 1 pound dried spaghetti 5 Tbls. extra virgin olive oil 9 cloves fresh garlic, finely chopped 1/2 cup Parmessan Cheese Salt and pepper, to taste
|
Add spaghetti to a pot of boiling water and cook. Heat the olive oil over medium heat.
Add garlic, olives and cooked pasta to hot oil and cook until garlic is just starting to brown.
Stir and serve.
Great wtih a fresh loaf of Italian bread!
